Nothing beats getting out early! Cool, noseeums apparently were sleeping in, no crowd at ramp and a beautiful run down river and along marsh.
Highlight of Thurs am was a 33" red on topwater....what a show! The other red was very appealing with the view of his spots in the water.
Dr. Tom Sexton and I made the same run Friday and had an incredible morning with reds on topwater and he had a 25" trout in the midst of the red
attack!
