Do you get there by way of cow creek road off of 98? And do they have porta potties there?

I always go left off of Econfina River Road at the campground. Yes, there is a porta Potty at the landing.

Hickory Mounds has a small boat ramp, but you need a lot of water to get out to the flats. Yaks and small boats can do it, anything bigger and you'll get stuck.

They have port-a-potties and get there via the road to Econfina at Mossy Hammock.

Not looking for a place to GO. But heard the area in the gulf out from it was good and was trying to find it from the gulf side.

i put out from there last weekend but any low tide less than a 1.0 u better be careful if u don't know where u are going or u will get stuck there isn't much of a channel til u get out of it a lil way and u are prolly better off putting in at the econfina as rough as the road is right now due to all the rain we got.
