i found a nfgfc hat floating about a mile off of shell point wednesday. will bring to next meeting if anybody wants it back. might be somebody's lucky hat!!
thought it was marking one of JT's spots but there werent any fish there.

I lost one of those lucky nfgfc hats on Saturday 5/8/10 about half-way between Ochl. Shoals and Panacea channel. Lightning was popping nearby and I had the engine trimmed and screamin - I was NOT going back for it. You may have found it. It was just beginning to get lucky too. I have a photo of me and the hat (and some fish)
This hat was lucky too. It hit the transom on its way out and landed in the bilge water.
Some real nice Rock Bass were caught
Another one hit the box.
