I am here for the annual company convention. They booked the trips for us I signed up for off shore and found out at the last minute it was a 4 hr trip. 
I jumped on a big cat with Chip of outcast charters. He through the net a while and we had some livies in the well.
Ran to the mouth of the sound dropped the hook and a few over the side and one on top and started catching little sharks.
Tide went slack and so did the bite.
Weather was great and the company was nice.
Tide turned and the bite picked back up, run came, the fish was fighting real lazy like.
At the end exploded it was not a little shark but a 45lb Cobia the fire drill ensued and the lady angler & capt. lost the fish.
It is almost time to go and it is my at bat the big rod goes off and I suit up for battle.
The initail run is long strong and even, a couple of times I think its gone but it would swim at me a little then take off again.
The Capt. was sure the fish was gonna kill me and was not to happy. We had already talked about the folks that had heart attacks or heat stroke on a boat.
We pulled the hook and gave chase for about 45 minutes it looked like she would get back to the dock before we did.
We got the fish boatside three or four times and decided to tag it.
He got a few wraps on the line and the fish tried to take his head off with its tail.
It was an 8' Tiger Shark about 400 lbs.
Both the angler and the fish were revived and released unharmed.
My cooter hurts anybody got a Midol?
Depth 40' incoming tide 82 air temp 72 water temp penn international 100 lb suffux braid treble hook fresh caught cut bait SPF 30 Sunblock bare foot west marine fighting belt eggs benadict and pinapple for breakfast two splenda and some cream in my coffie with a glass of grapefruit juice shorts and a long sleeve fishing shirt suntamer hat strapped on tight my poop was timely and the odor ws normal. Is that detailed enough for you?
