Went to Lake Miccosukee for the first time on Saturday morning. Launched from the ramp on US90. Too much grass in the waterway and the motor got stuck all the time. Had to use the poor trolling motor on the way back. Spent about 3 hours jigging in the lily pads and caught a few fish. No specs :(

what's the official name of this bream? :P

Also, would it be better if launching from the Reeves? The grass is kinda keeping me away for the next time. :smt010 :smt010 :smt010

Flier. One of my favorite eaters. I went yesterday pm after the storms. Came out at 7:30 with 10. 2 fliers (big), 2 warmouth, and the rest specs.
Left them biting in the gater hole.

Launch from Reeves. Clear sailing to da hole.

I thought the one in the middle of the first picture is a flier. The fish in the second picture is a warmouth or a flier?

Also, is evening fishing better than morning? Looks like you all like fish in night.

Thank you for your patient. I'm a newbie and have too many questions.

I think both are fliers

Real early or late eve., both times are good. Except when it gets real hot.
