Was just wondering the location of the much talked about "Mud Cove" at Alligator Point. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Yea, not much of a cove at first glance.
Mud cove doesn't look like a "cove", but when you get there and see how the sandbar stacks up bait, you will see why it's a groovy area. Loaded with white shrimp in the fall.
If you have Google Earth, go to the little clock icon, look at some of the older pics and you will see the cove.
