Wife and I spent the day on Lake Oconee yesterday on the pontoon. The boat is awesome. I like it more everytime I take it out. So first half of the day my in-laws hung out with us so we ran most of the lake looking at houses and boat riding. The second half of the day after the out-laws went home me and the wife did some fishin and a little catchin to. We each caught a blue catfish which could have been twins (hers was slightly larger) about 5 lbs a piece. We also caught a Gar a piece. Mine was probably about 10 lbs I didn't have a scale and I wasn't keeping not to mention them jokers gots some teeth so I didn't give them permission to come aboard. Her's was probably 1/2 that also stayed over the water as he got shook off. Anyway we caught all of this on medium spinning tackle strung with power pro so it was a lot of fun. Kept the cats and they are in the fridge soaking in a bit of milk for tomorrow nights supper.
