Cell phone reception...Carrabelle???

was just curious about the cell phone reception(verizon) around Carrabelle, St George Island???? how far out the pass can you actually have phone reception?????

I can upload pics from St George with my Nextel, and the Callaghan boys have reception on their Verizon/Alltel

We have very little problem in Carrabelle. We have Verizon and can also get coverage to about 5-7 miles offshore. It also depends on how old your phone is, the newer the better.

SPRINT GOOD OUT TO ABOUT 7-8 MILES.

With Atnt I have talked from O-Tower before. Easily 5-6 miles from the island.
