I do not like this spending spree,

I'm smart, I know that nothing's free,

when I complain about your lies.

I do not like this kind of hope.

Is this in reference to the July 4 break the Congress took and YOUR President named 4 Czars YOUR Congress was supposed to approve?(which a president can do,when Congress is not in session).
