IS shrimping opened back up yet? Could be bycatch that has washed up.

Only saw 1 dead fish this past weekend, didn't go to the PSJ side though.

I wasn't assigning fault to anyone. If it is by catch then there isn't a reason for it to be a big deal. Sure, letting go bycatch close to shore isn't the best thing in the world but it aint the worst either. Certainly better than a red tide or oil related. Man o man! Weavens turns 50 and he gets all crotchety! :wink:
