Target practice on some "Golden Bones"

O.K. so after the Gar on the fly I decided to see what I could do on some carp. Cruising the freshwater flats and seeing these guys tail is pretty cool!! I'm getting in some good casting practice (which I need a lot more of...
) and hopefully I don't pee my pants when I find some Reds next time I'm down south!! Spooked a few, had a few follow and I finally found one that would eat! Can't wait to get back out there!!!
Carp - 6 Tim - 1
After the carp Kim and I headed over to Garville and I "roped" one in for a Trashcan Double on the fly!

It's all I've got up here!!!
Don't get me wrong, I love to BASS fish as much as the next guy, but I think I've zoned in on similar tatics I can use when fishing for Reds. Hopefully this will take my game to the next level!
You should see the look on some of the guys faces when I launch at the ramp and cruise by them on points. I just

That carp taken from the clean water in the back ground would be very good table fare when fried up right.
Folks pay to catch em in the mid west and guard their dough ball recipes for sure
