Buying a "new" 2001, 225 FICHT

Am considering, buying a "new" 2001, 225 FICHT. The motor was previously mounted and has 2-8 hours of dealer use. A repair/reman company obtained a stock of these to sell. It has not been registered and will come with a 2 year BOMBY warranty.
Mechanically what should I be concerned with? Should the water impeller be changed as it may have "set", are there other seals/diaphrams, oil/fuel pump items that should be changed? It will be run on the lap top, and in the water before cash is exchanged.
