This old truck has been under the barn for many years, just wasting away and I thought I would start trying to bring it back to life. As you can see it will take a day to get all of the tomato boxes from around it. The old girl ran quite well, when parked, but lacked power. Thanks for any help.

If that license plate is really meant for that truck, you could take the numbers to a Georgia DMV and they should be able to tell you the year/make/model, (as long as the title is in your name).

Being its a Ford and all, why not just fire that puppy up and drive it the DMV..

Thanks everyone for the help. I have called myself looking everywhere for the plate that has the VIN/year, but I cant find it. I have checked the door jams, firewall, glove box exe… but no luck. Any one have any suggestions where to look? I couldn’t tell you if that is the correct tag for it or not, but I plan on trying the DMV next week. I did get out there today and move most of the stuff from around the old girl and got some new pictures. I stuck a battery in it and was going to try to fire her up, but the key switch must be frozen in place so no luck there. I did ark the starter solenoid and she will spin over. I will keep every one updated on the slow progress of bringing her back to her glory days. Also feel free to leave me tips, suggestions, or comments.
