Sunday Reds in Appalachee Bay
I visited Oyster Bay early Sunday morning with Suber. A fell wind greeted us from the east. We paddled windward to a known redfish haunt and hunkered down. Pesky tentacles of floating turtle grass entangled the barbs of my One Knocker and thwarted all attempts of a topwater redfishing bite. Despite the vegetative soup and gusty encumberances, I was able to coax a few drum's interest with a gold Aqua Dream Living spoon. Just another day on The Forgotten Coast

I was eyeballing those spoons @ kevins. They look awesome! How's their weedlessness?

Weedlessness: the state of being without weed.
To fish, or not to fish, . . . those are the answers.

Nice fishes, especially given the weather conditions.
