Boat Rental???

Unfortunately, I am no longer a big bend resident as I took a job in Jacksonville. But I couldn't stay away. My family and I booked a house on St George several months ago. We are scheduled to check in this Friday and will be there through the following Saturday.
I know that sounds Great right? But unfortunatley, 4 weeks ago I filled up my boat with gas to run the beaches here in jax after Tarpon, kings, and cobia and upon getting out to the bait pods off the beach my engine cut off. I checked my fuel water seperator (which I emptied the day before) and it was full of water/muck. Well engine couldnt even stay at an idle and I had to be towed in by sea tow.
Chapter Two:
I took it to a mechanic to have the carbs cleaned and timed. What we discover is that the moisture had caused the carrier rod for the butterfly valve to seize up and no longer spring back and forth. Neither the mechanic nor I were able to free it. So we decided I had to order a new Carb. So we start looking for a carb for my motor (2002 115 2 stoke yamaha) and discover than there are none available in the US at any Yamaha parts dealers not even used parts dealers. So we checked Yamaha Japan. They had two, and I still had 3 weeks before vacation, so we though we were in the clear. Well yesterday the mechanic called to inform me that yamaha (who had said 1-2week delivery time) put it on back order and that it wouldn't arrive untill October 5th.
So now I am boatless with 4 people that booked a house on the bay side of St. George for the sole purpose of fishing all day everyday. But before I went and booked a rental boat for $1000 for the week I started thinking. I know there are lots of boat owners out there right now that are being forced in to selling or defaulting on their boat. That being said, I was wondering if any of you guys would want to rent me your boat for the week. I dunno maybe it would help you make those payments for a couple more months, or give you some needed cash at the least.
I appreciate any and all help.
Tight lines!
Thanks,
