What is the answer?

This 12 ft interface cable connects a compatible Yamaha outboard engine to an NMEA 2000 network. Once the connection is made, engine data is available on the network for any display to use.

I ain't got no network.

Me neither.
And just when I thought I would buy it....I find out I was going to get ripped off.
