I would like to invite everyone to the Kevin's Fine Outdoor Gear & Apparel RedTrout Shootout on Saturday, October 23, 2010. With a $10,000 purse awarded to the top 10 teams weighing in the heaviest combined weight of (1) legal redfish and (1) legal seatrout, you and your crew will want to get registered today. If you register on or before Oct. 9, entry fee per team (up to 3 anglers) is only $125.00. After Oct. 9, entry fees are $200.00 per team.
On Thursday, October 21, 2010 at 8:00 pm, THE REDTROUT SHOOTOUT BIKINI CONTEST IS GOING TO THE MOON! That's right, Tallahassee's biggest and baddest bikini contest has a new venue. THE MOON will be hosting the fall edition of the RedTrout Shootout Bikini Contest presented by Stetsons. As most of you know, this isn't just any bikini contest, this is THE bikini contest. With special performances, celebrity judges, drink specials and a stage full of Tallahassee’s loveliest ladies competing for nearly $2000 in cash, this is one event you will not want to miss!
But Wait! It gets better. The RedTrout Shootout Bikini Contest will also be featuring two concerts from a couple of Tallahassee's most talented bands. The Donovan Chapman Band and Tobacco Rd will provide music both before and after the bikini contest. New South Outdoors TV Show will also be on site filming, along with our videographers and photographers. Throw in Joe Mercurio (Host of the Professional Tarpon Tournament Series) as emcee along with an allstar panel of judges like Blair Wiggins (host of Addictive Fishing), marine artist Carey Chen & Mike Readling (VP of Snook Foundation) and you have the makings for one helluva night. Bid on the latest fishing equipment, fine art and great trips for the outdoor enthusiasts. Ticket prices are $15.00 (individual), $125.00 (reserved table of eight) and includes dinner catered by Applebee's.

On Thursday October 7, 2010, All RedTrout Shootout anglers, sponsors and friends are invited to attend the Geo's Pool & Pub RedTrout Shootout Kick-Off Party presented by Budweiser starting at 6:00pm. We'll be featuring a bottomless cup of cold Bud or Bud Light, food and live music by Donovan Chapman all for $10. You read it right! For just ten bucks you'll get food, bottomless beer and great entertainment by one of Tallahassee's most talented musicians.
Be sure to get there early because this $10 special will be available to the first 200 people that take advantage of it.
