Family trip C-belle 10-2

Decided to get the family into a little fishing if I could get the boat and things worked out. So friday after sitting in a very quite deer stand until 10 I rode
down to Wefings to pick up the boat from yet another problem with the motors I wont get into. Headed back to Lanark to rig and wait for the famiily to arrive, since they were late getting in I figured we'd sleep in a little and finaly made launch @ 10 AM headed south and were welcomed by poor engine preformance (still) and nasty seas. wandered out to @ 60 ft slowly and found some sea bass for our troubles headed back into the 45 arena and hit a good spot for the rest of the day. We didn't slay them but the crew was pretty green all day and probably no more than three of us fishing at any given time, but everyone caught something and I even managed a flounder
Celeste was first on the board with something more substantial than a grunt or seabass with a 24 in Gag that hit a Ly head like a frieght train. Sterling used moms trick and found a 22 in Red snaper to take it, then Josh hit a 17 incher and we all had about enough of the beating and poor Emily said please to many times for me to ignore so we headed in @ 2:30. Here are the results: 10 Sea bass, 8 grunts, 1 flounsder, 2 Snapper and a gag. We did have a few short Red grouper to the boat, but the biggest was @ 18 inches. no other short snapper just the two keepers.
