Hey Bman, is that first one on Surf road? Looks like the canal just south of Angelos. Had a little birdie tell me of one that could be had for 50k

You got it... Its bank owned and has been on the market for a while.

the frist one is on canal that has been filled in over the years could not get a 15 foot boat into the canal on a hight tide back during the summer when i was looking at it
