Well, the final NFGFC tournament of the year is in the books. Twenty boats showed up to fish the tournament and were rewarded with one of the prettiest days we've had all year. There were several awesome stringers weighed in and tournament participants dined on BBQ sandwiches and baked beans at the weigh-in. The club was also able to raffle off several nice prizes thanks to our sponsors. The Angler of the Year and big fish awards will be given out at our Christmas Party on December 12th at the Bradfordville Blues Club from 4 - 7 p.m.

Have certainly enjoyed coming in and fishing the last part of the year. Looking forward to renewing the membership at the Christmas Party and fishing all the tournaments next year. This tournament was one of my favorites: sunny skies, lots of unexpected trout, calm winds. I even had our big fish (a 21" fatty) until around noon.

Our first tournament. Had a great time!!

The day was so nice, Catherine and I fished until sunset. We enjoyed our first year as NFGFC members. We are looking forward to the party in December and more fishing tournaments next year.
