Yep, no wonder it cost so much and takes a long time.
On the other hand, it must employ a lot of folks Nation wide? An every one is very important! Actually they are but you know what I mean (self important).

THAT IS A DISGRACE, WHEN I BOUGHT MY LAST LAND, WE SHOOK HANDS, WENT TO THE BANK, HE SIGNED THE DEED AND I GAVE HIM THE MONEY, WE SHOOK HANDS AGAIN AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN MR. JOHNSON AGAIN. I HAD IT SURVEYED ABOUT A YEAR LATER AND RECORDED IT AT THE COURT HOUSE, EVERYTHING CLEAR AND CLEAN. WE JUST HAVE TOO MANY LAWYERS GETTING INTO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING WE DO. IF WE KEEP GOING IN THE DIRECTION WE ARE RIGHT NOW, YA WILL HAVE TO HAVE A LAWYER BY YOUR SIDE WHEN YA GO TO THE BATHROOM TO MAKE SURE YA DO NOT USE TOO MANY SHEETS OF TOLET PAPER. IT WAS HARD BACK IN THE 20'S AND 30'S BUT LIFE WAS A LOT SIMPLIER.
