Quick post and a big thank you to Mike Falk Jr. @ Mike's Marine. Active readers will know that Lucas lost our prop over the break. Mike's not only had the parts, but Mike delivered, installed, and actually met us on our way to what was a really hot spot (unfortunately only for others), over the break, that allowed us to get back out several times before Luc went back to school. All the while, Mike's was officially "closed" for the Holidays. Mike even answered my desperate e-mail from out of town.

Sad reflection of the times I guess, but I never expected such outstanding customer service. Who says there's no Santa Claus?

Luc had a pretty busy day his last trip, maybe he'll have time to post soon.

mike's gives you good service down there i have bought a few boats from them and anytime i take it to them they try and get it back asap to me and very friendly too.

I have lived here a wile and till the last three months have not delt with MIKES. Well I have since purchased a 90 hp Yamaha and rigging plus a 1448 G 3 as well as a trailer . Oh , did I mention that I gave Mike JR. a motor to sell for me and in less than two days he did so and gave me the whole amount he sold the motor. He made nothing on the deal but made TWO people very pleased with Mikes Marine . I have nothing but GREAT things to say about that place .

Mikes is the only Marine shop for me. Good people

The boat my dad took me fishing on the flats back 30 plus years ago was a Kennedy Craft that was purchased from Mikes. Since then the family has purchased Pro-Lines, G-3's, Pontoon boats, etc. from them. They always do a great job of providing customer service. In fact, they are just great folks all around.

Jr. thinks I'm an SOB and I think he's a d!ckhead so we just don't get along but I won't tell folks to not go there
