Pa,
Try one of the Battery Source stores in Tally. They carry a full line of after-market replacement batteries and I'm sure they'll be cheaper than Lowes or HD.

Like Capt. Dave said, Battery Source or maybe try Harbor Freight. I'm also pretty sure you could find one reasonable at a pawn shop.

PA... A Battery Source store can generally disassemble your battery pack and replace just the cells. I had a 14 volt for a RYOBI saw that I was trying to find a replacement for and they rebuilt the original which has worked just fine.
