can anyone help me figure out how to post a pic on here....im sure its simple but i cant figure out how to do it...thanks

put your picture on a site like imageshack.us or photobucket and then take your direct link and use it like this:

[img]http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/8774/reddg.jpg[/img]

You click on the IMG button and then insert your link to your picture in between.
