Confused?

It seems that these days you have to have a legal degree to figure out the regulations for fishing, hunting, or boating in the state of Florida. It may read one way, but when you call Tallahassee they have a different answer for you. Thought this might be something new, for modern times if you will. That is until I was going thru some of my Dad's, who passed away in 1960, old papers that I just recently found.
I guess the Florida game and fish laws were confusing even in 1941. Look at the bottom of the Trapper's License he had for the year 1941. After it tells you this license gives you the right to hunt or trap, it tells you "This license does not permit the holder to take game." Huh?

Sounds about right.
We all have fishing licenses but the laws are getting such that we can't keep fish.
NOAA is trying to impose no catch on black sea bass now.
