I have not posted in awhile, been doing some fishing just not much catching. I had a chance to go this weekend with my 2 favorite fishing partners my son and my dad. I am lucky in that i get to go with them alot. We went to steinhattchee reef saturday looking for some sheephead. None of us had ever been sheephead fishing so we were not expecting alot. It was tough for us did start catching some small ones( lost alot of bait). We moved 3or 4 times then finally picked up on spot with some bigger ones 2-3 pound range. Had a good time weather was nice, (except the fog) the water temp was up to 65 degrees. hope to be back out there soon, heres a couple picks of my son back at the house, while i was trying to clean the fish.

Always love fishing with my son.
He's my best fishing buddy.
It's still a special time since he doesn't get back home much anymore.

Thanks for the post...Good times!!!

Thank you for the report. Its great to know that they're out there. While the sheepheads do seem school by size, they also are very responsive to chumming. So, if you fail to find bigger fish, you can go back to the spot and chum heavily to make them come to you.
