Be careful. I ruined 3 cases of beer by adding rock salt to the ice in an Engle when I left Bainbridge for a trip to Flamingo. When I got to Flamingo I went to grab a beer out of the cooler and it was a solid115qt block of ice. A little ice salt goes a long way.
