As some of you may not know, Sir Reel will be retiring soon and I am interested in gathering ammunition to use at his upcoming retirement party. The thing is -- its in 2 days. So, if you can please post up any funny stories about Bud/BJ/Sir Reel. If possible, make him the bad guy or the butt of the joke. No wait, you won't have to change anything for that to be the case, just tell the truth.

Of course, there is the "incorrect igloo icechest ruler incident" which I was part of since I fished with him that day. I am sure many who have "taken" are willing to "give back" at this opportune time...Seems like he was always poking at Jumptrout, Tin Can, and a bunch of others here.

Be very careful, he is known to lurk about these parts. Mums the word....

Most of us could probably out run him but they aint no out-witting him

Well we got him retired after all. Good turnout including wife and a couple cute grand daughters.

I got one of his sons to give up some intel on past foibles and so on.

I also wished condolences to his poor wife who will now have to dedicate a lot more time to keeping him busy, reminding him where his keys are, helping him get dressed, etc.

He took it all as graciously as an old fella from Missoura could, given the circumstances.
