AMS Is Good To Go!!!!

I needed a livewell pump yesterday, so I called AMS to see if they had one in stock. Angie said she had 3 lines holding and had some customers in line and wanted to know if she could call me back, I said yep and gave her my cell number. While waiting for her call, I called a "Marine" supply company in Tallahassee to inquire about the livewell pump as well, since I was wanting to get it put in that afternoon. They were very nice on the phone and advised that they had one in stock and told me the price. Shortly thereafter, Gordon with AMS called me back and said they had the pump in stock and that if I could, bring my old pump with me when I came down. When I got there Gordon checked out my old pump, messed around with it to try and get it going, and made sure it was totally dead before going to get the new pump. I thought that was a great example of true customer service (trying to fix my old pump before pulling out the new pump he had in stock). The experience got even better when it was time to check out. My total price with tax, was still over 20% cheaper than the Tallahassee store's price without tax. Since I live in Wakulla, I try to trade local as often as possible. Had it not been for the time constraints yesterday, I wouldn't of called the store in Tallahassee, however, by doing so, it just validated what I already knew: AMS is good to go, day in and day out.
