I'm sure a lot of you have seen this already. A basking shark was filmed at Panama City Beach a little over a week ago. Crazy thing is they aren't suppose to inhabit the gulf, normally found in colder waters. The kayak in the video is 14 ft long, so that tells you how big the shark is.

I was out there searching for cobes that day....didn't see the basking shark, but we did see a lot of smaller ones.

I'm going shark fishing. Anybody got some plankton?
