Maybe I'm simple, but trading a food staple from our most productive land and resources for a fuel source seems like a really bad idea.

Especially when it takes 3 gallons of diesel fuel to produce 1 gallon of ethanol. As we all know Washington and intelligence are an oxymoron!

You also forgot that 10% ethanol gets about 10% less mileage, so what the heck are you even accomplishing? NOTHING.

Adding ethanol to gas is the biggest boondoggle of idiots that I can think of! Just another reason I can not abide by so called "liberal" intelligence!
