Last weekend... Dog Island and Turkey Point

Had some friends come in last week from Atlanata.
Great tides but crappy weather.
It was just a little windy- those are Kite Surfers

At one point we were running with the wind and it got still in the boat- we caught up with the wind running the boat at 35mph!
Even thought the weather was bad we had fun- Trout, Blues, and of course Spanish

We found the spanish and blues thick on Dog Island Reef- they ate spoons, mackeral trees, and minnow baits.
Caught the trout in 4'-5' from turkey point to lanark on top water and gulp under a rattle cork.
Made those GA boys happy! Sent them home with bags of fillets and ready to come back.

Dad went back this week and smoked some up
