I have a handful of boat slips at the Carrabelle Boat club for sale at a considerable discount from their original pricing. These slips are 30’ long x 10’ wide x 10’ tall. If you have an interest or know anyone that may have an interest please let me know.
The slips are selling for $3,500 each and have quarterly dues of $459.
The only other slip listed in the MLS is priced at $7,500.

Very nice place, a friend of mine keeps his boat there. Nice to be able to shower after a long day of grouper/snapper before driving back to Quitman.
