St Marks 5/10/2011

Post by TheBeerGuy »

Round two, after Saturdays trip on the water. Today we put in a little later after a few smacks of the snooze button. The late start didn't slow us down much at all, today provided plenty of trout yet again. The west flats seem to be more productive today with the largest trout going over 23". The day provided 14 trout, 2 macks, a lil flounder, some lady fish, and some small black sea bass. I enjoyed the fight from the gator trout and after a short photo shoot I let her back on her way. Decided to only keep trout between 17"-18" today and that provided me with more than enough for the table :lick:
Here are some photo's from the great day on the water...

Oh, on a side note! The lucky lady in the pictures would be Sarah with her very first flounder and first trout all in the same day. She had a blast and I loved sharing the experience with her.
