Got to the lighthouse around lunch and headed out to troll for some grouper. Trolled for less than an hour before deciding it was just too rough. Headed back up the River and found just a few reds. Nothing really big (16" - 20"), and I didn't catch two in the same spot. Decided to ride up past the power plant and try my luck there. Found a few magrove snappers and silver trout, all pre-K sized. Caught the reds, snappers, and trout all on Scott's shrimp.

FYI, if you got out St. Marks any time soon, bring your cast net. There are huge mullet in the canals.

Nice boat ride anyway. Was there a lot of boats up past the power plant?

There were only two boats, both just past the power plant on the left.
