If you were traveling to Alligator Point Beach which route would you take. 319 or is there another faster way?

i live in Thomasville and went to Alligator Point this past weekend. i always go 19 south through Monticello and take 259 and 59 through Waukeenah and Wacissa down to Hwy 98 and then take 98 all the way to Alligator Point. I usually avoid Tallahassee because of the traffic and especially if I am pulling a boat. i think it is just as quick..

I normally run that route when I go thru Tifton. I'm gonna gonna try running Cordelle, 300 to 57 to 27. Just to see if it's faster. I'm coming from the Macon area.

If by 57 you meant 97, when you come through Vada, take a left on hwy262. Take it all the way to hwy 84, take a right and go bout 1/2 mile then take a left on Climax-Attapulgus rd, go till it dead ends into hwy 27, take a left towards tally and you just saved yourself a solid 20 minutes! If you take 57 I'm lost.
