New member advice needed

Hello eveyone, I finaly decided to join this board after lurking around here for a while.
I have recently purchased a home in Panacea that needs some work. If anyone knows some honest and good quality sub-contractors in the area I would appreciate some contact info. I need air-conditioning, roofing, electrical, painting, carpenter, carpet installers and a fence company. I have been in construction all my life and know the ropes. Any help with this is appreciated.
