...who's looking forward to going in a couple of weeks? It is one thing that my wife loves to do with our son and I. Here is a few pics to get you excited. :-D

Those did come from Keaton but I have got a limit from Ecofina before.

I have a good feeling that they will be around St. Marks this year. I began seeing them in March in the shallow flats East of the Light House. Hoping this is a sign of things to come, we shall see...

Also, they tend to come in about every two years. The last two years have been slim, so I think we are due. :thumbup:

St. Marks also seems to be most productive when the rain totals are low, should be a good year.

I was thinking about that today. There hasn't been a lot of rain so there should be a high amount of salinty in the waters.
Last time that happend was around 3 years ago, and scalloping around St Marks was pretty good.

There everywhere!!! With the lack of rain the salinity levels are super high down there right now which brings them in!! I saw an acre of them in 4 ft two weeks ago while
Trout fishing the black rock area!!!
