The day started smooth and ended choppy. Clocked 100 nm on the gps. Like the previous wednesday, we started shallow, fished out to the 10 fathom line, then finished up in 35 foot range. Several large sea bass (very agressive) grunts and shorts. One keeper came on a chartreuse loud stretch around 4 pm. Boy was he skinny, filets couldn't weigh much over a couple of pounds. MANY boats out in the 60 foot depth range, must be overlapping territory with the Steinhatchee crowd. Low tide 10 am, high at 4 pm. Temp 57-59, clarity still good, watch your bait hit bottom at 35 feet. Good talking to Capt K and Tom.
