didnt this show used to have a region report that was actually our region? i mean...now it goes from tampa to apalach..and the guide is from tampa and guides a lot even south at boca grande pass...we pretty much get jipped...i wait for our region report and its always about snook or offshore around tampa...i voiced my opinion on their facebook page...
"awesome show...only 1 problem..your northwest region does a diservice to the big bend area...you cant go from Apalachacola to tampa in 1 region...cut it in half...we have some of the best fishing from Apalach to keaton beach or to cedar key should be 1 region...plus you have a guide from tampa who only talks about his area...we dont have snook here, so it shouldnt be in our region tips.."
they must not read this forum or know about JT's hot spots!..lol Its not all bad, we dont want people to flock to our boat ramps!

The Tampa guide on the show has expressed multiple times, ON AIR, that "anyone up there in the apalach bay area to keaton beach have any info or reports PLEASE get them my way as most of my fishing is down here in the Tampa Bay area."
The guide knows he has a lack of information so there is no ignorance on his part, it is more so the fault of the "defined regions." It's ridiculous that the the forgotten coast is combined w/ tampa bay area - so many differences.
But SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH nobody tell him anything!

Right, there's no fish here, plus there is still globs and globs of oil out in the water, Stay Away, Way Away.......

Y'all acting like we have something to hide... I'll just say that I've fished much of Florida and I feel our fishery is average at best, and really a bit less than average. Visitors are almost certain to have better luck in the far northwest, southeast, southwest, and northwest areas of the state.

that is true, but there are a lot of places with NO saltwater and this place is better than em. Just sayin.
