Howdy all, I've been reading this board for a while and feel like I already know some of you.

I'm a law student at FSU; near-life time Tallahassee resident (took a little break to go to Gainesville for undergrad  ); do a lot of fishing out of a kayak (WS Tarpon 160), but I also have a little Mitzi flats boat; primarily fish for redfish, usually around the lighthouse and Wakulla Beach; guess that's about it, really.

And I am sure looking forward to reading some good spring reports...

If you would behave, you wouldn't have to worry about how you act around certain folks :smt044

Oh no, not a lawyer! There's still time to change to more honorable career, maybe a loanshark or a pimp. ;-) :-D But seriously, welcome. What year in law school?

I admit needing a little preaching. However, ds and Wevans needs it real, real bad.

Far from a preacher...merely a nickname that has stuck with me for quite some time now.

I'm a 2L, Redmann. I tried to get into pimp school, but my test scores weren't high enough.

Good dill! Second year's not too bad. Third year is a pain mainly because you're ready to get the he** out of there and the whole interview/recruiting process takes a lot of time. But then, things may have changed since the dark ages when I was there. Is McHugh still teaching there? That guy was a trip!

It's just my lowly opinion, but I think if the law schools are going to remain open and produce more young lawyers, we should kill off some of the older ones. :-D
