Fishing out of Lanark

Hey everyone, just finished up having some blackened redfish. Fantastic as always :D

Anyway, I'm heading out to Lanark on Sunday. I haven't fished out of there in years; you'll usually find me at St. Marks or St. George. I was looking for some advice on where to go for reds and trout once I put in at the landing. I'm also looking forward to seeing the new shop up!

Also, I really wanna target Tarpon before they disappear. I have a heavier 40-lb outfit that I wanna try on 'em. Never caught one before. Has anyone seen them out of Lanark/heard any reports? Should I make the run down to Alligator Harbor? Any info would be GREATLY appreciated.

I was thinking of stopping at the Panacea bait shop - anyone know if they still carry pinfish? And does the new Lanark store have pinfish?

Thanks guys,
Whaler

I never lie.
Sometimes "people" mis-interpret what I say.

Yeah, but your "mis-interpretations" are sometimes stretched so far they look like Oprah in an extra-small spandex leotard.

Damn, now I've got to get that image out of my mind. :smt009

A .22 cal bore brush attached to an electric drill works wonder for erasing those pesky visions.

That's because it's just a figment of everyone's imagination.

Seriously, it's between the outermost marker leading to the FSU Marine Lab channel and runs towards St. Teresa Beach on an angle. It will go totally dry on a low tide.
