Keaton beach July 12-14

Took a good friend and his family to Keaton for scalloping (mostly) and fishing. Didnt get there until noon on Friday, went south and didnt take us long to find the flotilla. With kids on board, we went looking in 3 foot of water and found them fairly thick in a number of spots. Managed to find 10 gallons on all 3 days. We also fished for a couple of hours after scalloping each day and ended up with a combined total of 15 trout, and released at least twice that number that were too small to measure. I will spare you the trout pictures this time and show you the scalloping instead.

I tried to raise you on the radio this sat 7/30/11 but did not get you. You do well? Were the meats small to you? How do you cook them?
