Anyone seen one in person (Capt.Dave?) Nice looking upscale Panga. Looks like it's mostly woven/chopped glass and not vacuum bagged though.

Sure a sweet looking ride, but as a panga marquesas owner I would be a bit more hestitant to buy this one over the Panga, Panga Marine, Angler, Andros pangas if I was going to use it in any unprotected waters. Mine's a foot shorter and a half-foot wider. I love the ride and take it offshore on some testy days BUT if anything I would want it a foot wider versus any more narrow. Also see this one's about 400 pounds lighter and can't tell if it has positive floation cells. Just my .02 but I wouldn't want to use it out in the bays without the floation cells. Also seems like they share some pretty wide range specs on engines/number of folks it can carry. If anyone seriously considers it, recommend taking those specs with a wee bit of salt.

Given that that boat doesn't appear to be vacuum bagged ,I doubt those weight specs are correct unless they are for an unrigged hull, minus the liner.

I've checked them out at shows but haven't run one. Put together fairly well. Struck me more as a picnic boat than a fishing machine, tho.

Personally there are several other panga designs that I'd consider first for our waters, as BBG pointed out.

nope. Just got rid of one big boat, not buying another. I'll stick with renting a "toon" from the marina in Saint Joe. Much cheaper in the long run. You might want to consider that option.

I wouldn't consider the bt a big boat
