Who knew they'd hit like that. My brother-in-law was from England and he thought it was the most incredible sport fish. Once my friend and I prepared a blind taste test with a variety of fried fish. Carp was clearly different than all the rest and disgusting. They are so damaging to lakes, they should probably be made into fertilizer. ha ha Good job.
