Planned earlier this week to take a friend, his son and cousin out for a little fishing.
I was worried because the reports have been so miserable.
And The marine forecast looked bad but I was hopeful. Got to the dock at 6:30 to be greeted by a perfect sky!

Ran out to find calm seas and the sun coming up...

It didnt take long for Will to catch his first Trout!

Marcus got into the blues and caught his first Shark


Caught the trout and blues on topwater early and then switched up to jigs as the sun came up... Off the water by 10:30!

Thanks for the report. I'm taking some time off next week and planning on getting out very earlier to try what you succeeded in doing. You've given me hope.
