If anyone has some personal experience with inshore guides in Louisiana I'd like to hear about it. I'm interested in Redfish and Trout.

Capt. Theophile Bourgeois, Bourgeois Fishing Charters in Barataria, southwest of NO. Tons of redfish up to mid-30s, lots of trout (not big, but respectable and lots of 'em), flounder, jacks and even largemouth bass in the same waters.
Excellent guide, top-notch equipment and a genuine Cajun. He'll keep you entertained between strikes. neworleansfishing.com
Also, Capt. John Falterman, Jr. in Slidell. He targets Lakes Ponchartrain and Borgne, along with the Biloxi Marsh. Consistent tournament winner and experienced guide. therapycharters.net
Both run new 24-foot bay boats with all the bells and whistles. Either will put you on some quality fish and the marsh experience is one everyone should experience at least once.
I've fished with both the last two years during a writers' get-together and I highly recommend them, Welby.

Hey Guys, I appreciate the suggestions. I'm gonna check into them and make a plan. Not sure when I'll make it out that way, but looking forward to doing this sometime sooner than later.
Still open to other suggestions as well.......
Bring'em on !!!
