Trying to find an old pecks (peckingpaugh) yellow sally feather lure that was used with an uncle josh pork rind. This is for a collection for a gift for my 71 yr old dad. Would be willing to pay top dollar. If anybody has one or knows where i might find one i would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Don't have one, but have you looked on eBay? They sell a lot of antique tackle there. Someone just might have it if no one locally does.
You might also check with Rivers Tackle on South Adams or the flea market.
Good luck with your quest. Sounds like a cool gift for your dad.

Is this what you are looking for? Seems to be for a fly rod, not for use with a pork rind.

I have thee or four yellow sallies made by Hildebrandt. I still fish them occasionally with a uncle Josh bass strip. WF Surplus in Albany had some on the shelf last time I looked..These have vinyl skirts instead of feathers though..

There is a guy in the back of Bassmaster Magazine who appraises antique fishing lures. He should be able to put you on one if you can contact him.

Thanks for all the replies. The pecks listed on ebay are floating feather minnows, the ones im looking for are called weighted casting flies. Ebay does have one in black, which i do have a couple of those in the original package.

				Found this also

Peck's Poppers were originated by E. H. Peckinpaugh and commercial manufacture of the poppers began in 1920. Mr. Peckinpaugh developed his poppers to attract game fish by the action they create and there unique appearance. E.H. Peckinpaugh passed away in 1952. His son, John, sold the company to Tony Accardo, Accardo Tackle Company in Baton Rouge, LA. Accardo still uses the same design and techniques "Peck" utilized and they still adhere to the same formula for fly fishing success. Cast it, let it settle then twitch the rod tip a couple of times . . . if there is a bass nearby it will hit the Popper and hit it hard.

Farris brothers only sells to retailers. I sent an email to their customer service manager a week ago and have not gotten a response. I may try and call them direct.

If you call them direct, ask to speak to Bart Farris.
