Sat afternoon shell point

Fished a natural ledge around 3.5 ft to 9 ft looking for poon using live finger mullet and large pin fish. left the hse at 5 got to spot around 5:10 ( flat calm) ran out of bait ( 5 pins and 6 mullet) and home by 6:45 ) Needless to say no Tarpon but 7 very large Spanish macs. LARGE , talkin 37 inch average . Great bight and a good fight. I also trow top water plug as the liveys soak but nothin this time on the plug . A few lookers but no takers. All fish released and waiting for you all.
