Everything works except charts, what do I need to do to my puter

Not sure, they work for me, and I haven't heard anyone else having problems. Can you just not view them?

If you are using dial up, just wait..it takes about 20 seconds to load with dial up, mine anyhow....

Make sure Show images is checked on Internet Options / Advanced menu
